Basic Warranty Information

At Cushion Clearance, we offer basic warranties on all of our products and stand behind what we sell. Because we offer a wide variety of designs, brands, and quality (economical to high-grade), specific warranties and guarantees are stated on each product listing.

Cushion Clearance basic warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the products we sell by regular every day use. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations (ex. Painting, staining, or changing the appearance in any way), negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God.

Our #1 priority is taking care of you, our customer. We are known for our outstanding customer service and will do everything we can to exceed your expectations.

Federal law requires that warranties be available for you to read before you buy even when you're shopping on the Internet. Coverage varies by product or product line, so you can compare the extent of warranty coverage just as you compare the style, price, and other characteristics of products.
